Agree with this. We'll get next season and then it gets serious. If we finish top 4 he won't even moan or complain, imo.

Unless we really do kick on as a club and go to the next level our time is running out though. As long as he ends up in Spain or Italy then OK.

Long time since i've posted here but heres my 2 cents.

Latest Moutinho ITK sounds encouraging. Hopefully we pull this off quickly but then this is Tottenham Hotspur & Daniel Levy. If we then move on to signing another Striker - I dream of Llorente but reckon we will go for someone alittle unknown. Maybe if we do that and move on Jenas, Bentley, Gomes, Carlo, Huddlestone, Gallas then maybe we will sign a 3rd player and finally some wide cover or competition for the wingers such as Zaha.

But wasn't it assumed that we weren't signing him before anyway? It's not like we've been close or anything. I took it as just a reference to the Lion King which is Llorente. I still don't think we'll sign him but I felt the sign was more positive then negative.

Seriously tho, we need a striker. Defoe is playing well at the mo, but always seems to have a barren run. Ade is not firing yet and there's still a question mark over the ACN. Kane is away on loan and arguably not yet ready and neither is Coulibaly.

If JJ's cryptic is reference to Llorente then I'd be happy. Perhaps the pull of AVB has changed his mind??

Wouldn't mind seeing Shaq Coulthirst get a bit of a run out over the next three games tho, maybe 20 mins in the coventry match. Think he deserves it for his performances this year.
