I said thanks for your time but if thats the case we have nothing more to discuss and walked out without saying anything else. Did he call me back a day later and give me the price I wanted? Of course he did.

I find myself not being in agreement with sentiments such as "just pay the 4 million". Whilst, I would not like to see a good deal fail because of small differences, we must realise that 4 million is a lot of money in the real world (i.e. not Fantasy Football). It requires serious consideration. I am not saying don't pay it, but it really is not a small amount.
