I doubt the Harry to England thing is true (although worrying that it keeps coming up), at least in the near future.
1) the FA is grossly incompetent, but would they really be THAT dumb to keep Capello after a horrific world cup, then wait for a chance to fire him during the qualifying campaign? The same reason for not firing him then is the same as now, a ridiculous payoff to both Capello to fire him and compenstation to Spurs Harry's contract.
2) Why couldn't Harry just do double duty? He works with half the English team every week anyway!
3) I'm sure Harry has an ambition to manage England one day but surely he knows what a career-killer the job is...he's too young to end it at Euro2012 but too old to start a new job afterwards. I think it's more likely he stays at Spurs til Euro2012, then takes over for a final World cup run before retiring (if his financial questions don't get in way)
That said, here's a deranged conspiracy theory if it was true...what if the reason Jol changed his mind on the Fulham job was a call from Levy saying don't not to tie himself down because he may be calling with an offer soon. Eek
I think Harry leaving would be disastrous for us but there's only five coaches relatively available that I'd be okay with: Hiddink, Jol, Klinsmann, Rijkaard, Schaaf (Werder Bremen's coach but he probably won't leave Bremen alive!)
