The 2023 SC Aintree Champion Tipsters Competition.

The competition runs for 3 days Thursday 13th - Saturday 15th. April.

There will be 3 prizes, Winner & Runner up & runner upper up.
Winner = 2m
Runner Up = 1m
3rd = 250,000

All you have to do is to Select a horse in every race over the 3 day festival.
And your selections for the day should be on here in time for the first race.
Any changes to your selections MUST BE MADE BEFORE THE FIRST RACE IS OFF.
Any problems, then PM me.
Non runners: you will be on the favorite at 1/2 the points.
No changes once the days racing has started.

Dead heats: 1/2 the points.

1st. = 10 points
2nd. = 6 points
3rd. = 4 points
4th. = 2 points


Races with 4 or less runners win only.
Races with 5-6-7 runners, 1st & 2nd only.
Races with 8 -15 runners 1st 2nd 3rd only.
Races with 16+ handicaps 1st 2nd 3rd 4th.


Everyday you NAP one of your selections, this means that if it wins then you will get DOUBLE the points = 20 points.

**Bonus. Correctly predict the amount of finishers in the Grand National and get 20 PTS.**

Ended up having a 4 hour operation on an artery in my neck to clear some stuff....

Ok, here is an update on my situation, although I am recovering from my surgery my wife has also had surgery to have stents put in her heart and it didn't go as planned, she is in a very serious condition in Harefield hospital.
I've asked Bradfordspur to do the comp, and he has very kindly agreed.
I'll look in over the three days but it will be Bradfordspurs who will be running it this year.
