Well chaps the closest to damp squib we ever had...😢
Well done to everyone who stuck it out, now put it away cos here comes a copper.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank my mother but she abandoned me and I was bought up by the Jesuit prostitute's of Richmond hill, bless em all.
Real bad luck this year for @dbspurs having a dental appt....and keeping it.

@cider spurs @poc & @TheChosenOne all just getting into gear.... Not forgetting @stonecolddeanaustin sure thing... ☺️👍
Thank you @bradfordspur for the checking and forthcoming stats.
When's the next one kev?

We don’t do the York Ebor 4 day do we ? 23~26th August so it’s gonna be Aintree I’m afraid

Congrats houds, some tidy winners picked there.

I'd be up for a York one, four days is plenty to seperate the wheat from the chaff....

Congratulations to @Houdini on the win and thanks for running the competition.

Houdini's Winners and Naps count matched by @poc, it was the seconds and thirds that won it.

Here are the stats from the four and a half days of the competition. I hope York Ebor is a goer so I don't have to wait for Cheltenham to recover form!

again this was another enjoyable interlude even if my selections were rotten - sadly my experience of being Donkey Derby Champion Jockey at Walton and Naze circa 1973 once again never bore fruit but next time ?

You may have only just missed a rather tubby but very lovable young pup making his first and to be fair only strides into jockey hood oh for this dam weight and a rather unhealthy obsession with lager through my young adult years Frankie would have had a rival

to be fair in my case at least the jockey overweight concessions would have needed to be quite generous or shire horse racing would have needed to come to fore
