I can't see Demichelis playing weds. Awful again yesterday at the back, think he played in midfield second half. Ade would badly expose him IMO.
My preferred lineup (If the recently returned Fantastic Four are healthy and ready to start):
---------------------- Lloris ----------------------
Walker ----- Dawson ---- Vertonghen ---- Rose
----------------------Sandro---------------------
Lennon ---- Dembele ---- Paulinho ----- Eriksen
--------------------Adebayor---------------------
Bench: Friedel, Soldado, Chadli, Bentaleb, Siggy, Townsend, Naughton
Apologies for optimism, but that side, if they perform to their ability can beat anyone. Manchester City included.

Townsend? Really? Or is this itk?Lloris
Walker
Vlad
Verts
Rose
Sandro
Dembele
Erikssen
Lennon
Ade
Townsend
So Sandro has said he doesn't know if he'll be ready for City....
I would be surprised to see him start then. Bench at best I think.

Hasnt Sherwood already turned our season around and put us on a roll? 5 wins and a draw in 6 league games. Problem with Spurs is if we do win Weds, we will prob lose the next one!I really hope we take this game to them. I have a feeling a result, any result could potentially turn our season around and really set us on a roll. Please Spurs crush them.
Lloris
Walker Vlad Verts Rose
Lennon Sandro Dembele Eriksen
Ade Bobby
Let's make it count
We're playing at home against a side with a fearsome attack but a questionable defence, I'd go for:
Lloris
Walker Chiriches Dawson(Unless Vertonghen is 100%) Rose
Lennon Dembele Bentaleb Eriksen
Adebayor Soldado/Chadli
I wouldn't want to risk too many players coming back from injury and we have a pretty settled side, Verts would be the only player I would see as being so important we would need to play. They are going to score even if we play 10 defensive midfielders so we need to test their defence and score more goals than them. The side their fans think they're going to play is pretty attacking so we need to disrupt their game and put them on the back-foot.
I'm not quite sure he's turned our season around as yet to be honest. He's changed our style of play and tried to bring back that attacking verve that is typical of Tottenham, and I'll give him credit for that. However we haven't really been tested against superior opposition as yet - aside from the arse (who found us out - I attribute that to the team not having quite yet adopted the change in ethos at the time) and yanited who, let's be honest, aren't exactly as ruthless as the united of seasons past. The city game presents an entirely different prospect to what we have faced so far which is why I say it has the potential to be a game changer for us with respect to the rest of the season. To get a victory against the highest scoring and possibly most formidable team in the country could realistically give us the boost in confidence we need to keep us going and clinch that vital top four spot.Hasnt Sherwood already turned our season around and put us on a roll? 5 wins and a draw in 6 league games. Personally dont think Sherwood will change the back 4. My guess he will start either Paulinho or Sandro.
