Almost certainly the same team as against City and I wouldn't be so sure that Wolves will play a deep line against us. From the snippets I've read, they've been trying to build an attacking set up with possession, and seemed to match Leicester reasonably well on the opening weekend. Since nobody took a chance to make a statement during the midweek game, it seems sensible to let the same team carry on.

The number of goals in the side is an issue with the Kane sideshow, so hopefully one or two players along with Sonny take the chance to chip in.

---------------------Lloris-----------------------
Tanganga----Sanchez----Romero----Reguilon

--------------Skipp------Hojberg--------------

---------------------Dele----------------------

---Lucas -----------Son----------Lo.Celso

I know Lo celso didnt have the best game tonight but i think against wolfs low block we need him more in the first 60-70min to find and create open spaces with his passing skills and then if we need Bergwijn comes on with fresh legs. Bergwijn is the perfect counter attacking option we have in games against teams like man city and arsenal that wan to keep the ball, but against wolfs I think Lo celso is a better choice.

And come on guys we need to start Romero if we cant bench Dier then why did we buy him for a record fee at all, must start in my opinion. Sure Dier and Sanchez did have a good game against city (as they have before)
Agree although see it still being a 4-3-3, Reguilon can provide the width.

Our squad depth in general is very worrying.

Lloris
Tanganga Sanchez Romero Reguilon
Skipp Højbjerg
Lo Celso
Lucas Son Bergwijn

Cant think of anyone who id want to come on off the bench apart from Davies

Same as City, but with Kane on the bench. Maybe Romero starts? Or possibly still too early.

I’d expect us to be unchanged from the City game provided everyone is fit. Romero will soon come in to the team (probably for Dier) but he’s still setting in, and Lo Celso was very disappointing on Thursday so I don’t see any argument to bring him in at Dele’s expense at Wolves.

I think I would rather see Bryan and LoCelso get on before Davies. Give them more game time to settle in or get fitness up.

Players that could be on that bench.

Kane, Ndombele, Aurier, Rodon, Dier, Doherty, Lo Celso, Gollini, Bryan and Sessegnon

Hasn't Nuno said that Ndombele will not be on the bench against Wolves?

NDombele is not in the squad

It was more about our squad depth than who would play as I'm not sure Rodon is fit.

Ndombele not being in the squad would be our choice, same if Kane, Sissoko and Aurier are also missing.

The depth is there, we are just making it difficult on ourselves.
Those players not being involved need to get moved on for players that Nuno will pick.

In reply to everyone..

Dele is alright and showing signs of improving but still not at a great level

Kane won't play. I wish he would but he won't and probably won't be here much longer.

Ndombele unfit and seemingly lazy

Aurier is off apparently

Rodon I admit would have him on the bench

Dier/Doherty always a bit hit or miss. Never know if they'll put in a performance or not.

Gollini would be on the bench as well, but he won't get on the pitch will he.

Bryan not seen enough of him to give an opinion to be honest.

Sessegnon - yeah okay he can go on the bench as well

The above is just my opinion and I'm sure there are more knowledgeable people here but if anyone in the XI got injured then we'd be in real trouble.

Presumed was on Sky cause 2pm Sunday just realised it isn’t. Actually relieved would have been another Kane borefest. Has to be same as City unless Kane miraculously plays. I think we need to ease Romero in especially if Sanchez/Dier keep up good form.
