Some days to go but why not start with some fun already. In a good case everyone will be available and cause Jose a headache who to leave out.

Things can change and players can get injured but i start for now:

---------------------Lloris-----------------
Aurier-Alderweireld-Dier-Sergio
------------Lo Celso----Hojbjerg------
-----------------Ndombele--------------
----Bale----------Kane----------Son---

Subs: Hart, Davies, Sissoko, Winks, Lamela, Lucas, Vinicius

Left out: Gazza, Sanchez, Doherty, Tanganga, Gedson, Dele, Bergwijn - what to do?

Lloris

Aurier
Dier
Sanchez
Reggie

PEH
Ndombele
Lo Celso

Bale
Kane
Son

Subs: Hart, Doherty, Alderweireld, Davies, Lucas, Dele, Lamela

* Lamela for Bale if not fit enough to start.

Don't think we need big Mo for this one, as we'll need to break them down.

Can't fit Bergwign or Winks in, and forgot about Vinicius!

That's the eleven I'd pick, don't envy Jose selecting the match day squad!

As long as Lloris, Aurier (can't drop him after his monster performance at OT), Reguilon, PEH, Lo Celso, Ndombele, Bale (when fully fit), Kane and Son start.. You can possibly debate about the centre-backs, but that's not gonna make much of a difference.. Toby - Dier, Sanchez - Dier or even Toby - Sanchez (unlikely a Dier probably deserves to start again) is all fine with me.

I want Sanchez and Dier to play most regularly, building that partnership. Think Sanchez will iron out the inconsistency with regular playing time and building a proper partnership at the back.

Alderweireld has the experience to slot in and out of the side more, with Sanchez it will hinder his development imo.

We will probably see Bale on the bench.
Means we can get a few goals and bring him on so he can get a win under his belt early on this time...

Not sure if Tanguy and Gio will both start against Hammers , checking the heat map against Man U , Tanguy did not cover that much ground and his average position was quite attacking. When you look at the coverage of PEH and Moussa you can see the defensive ground they covered and Moussa in fact played slightly deeper on average than PEH.

Swap Toby and Sanchez and we have a go. (I want Sanchez to get more experience and solidify his partnership with Dier)

None of the benches even mention Deli Alli.... Has his stock fallen that low. I honestly hope regains his form of old... Poor kid... He frustrated me over the last year or two... But I honestly hope he regains form and gets back to Alli of old.

Kudos to Aurier that we want him to start over Doherty.
Agree with the above but I would also have Dele on the bench against West Ham.

I'm sure Dele will prove a lot of people wrong and find a way back into the starting 11 he is that good imo. it shows football is a funny old game Aurier on average is ahead of Doherty Dier ahead of Toby, Hojbjerg head of Winks Ndombele GLC and Sissoko

All of a sudden it's become very difficult to pick a team from our squad. We have a fairly obvious 'ideal' team but it then feels a bit unfair on a lot of quality players that deserve their chance. Seems a bit odd potentially having Toby, Sissoko, Winks, Bergwijn, Davies, Lucas, Dele, Doherty etc. sat on the bench. Shows what a mighty squad we've attained in one transfer window.

I would like to see Lo Celso and Ndombele as 8s rather than Lo Celso as a 6s and Ndombele as a kind of 10.

And I think Mourinho has to take a decision with our CDs soon. I don't mind rotating, but at the same time I think we need to decide on at least one of them that he is playing the big games - always. I have no idea who that is though.
