Even if you take out the possibility of qualifying which personally I still think is decent. It’s a must win game. Europa is something we could win, we must make sure we come at least 3rd. So anyone thinking about resting Kane is talking nonsense.
For how many games has Lloris been banned?Poche has said in the presser that there's a "33% chance" of any of the possible keepers starting and he hasn't decided - between Vorm, Gazzaniga, and Alife Whiteman (??? Hopefully one of the youth watchers can commen on whether that idea is as batshit as it sounds).
Just the one.For how many games has Lloris been banned?
Beat them and then beat Milan, and draw Barca, we might still be able to salvage 2nd place in group
Are we certain he won't play against the US? He's England captain. I think he'll play at least some of pretty much every England game, and especially one where it's meant to be an occasion to honour Rooney - dropping the captain and talisman and having him run out with the backups might not be deemed very appropriate.Kane has last midweek off. He will then just have one game in 2 weeks Vs Croatia. So basically in space of 4 weeks this would be his only midweek game. Agreed during Nov/December we will have to find couple other games to rest him.
When has this Wembley ever been famed for a decent pitch? On a side note affecting this game am I the only one that finds it so sad and annoying that the once famed Wembley surface has fallen into disrepute all in aid to chase the yankee dollar sad very sad
