Not for one minute saying that this cup is beneath us BUT it wouldn't be the end of the world IMO if we were to exit at this stage. It looks like Poch needs every minute available to him to work on the training pitch but we pretty much have a game every 4th day it seems. This leads to constant rotation, a lack of a stable team and a lack of preparation time for our bread and butter which is the league.

People need to get it in their heads that if the players play a Wednesday / Thursday night game then they don't train (other than a light stretch) the day after, that means that half of our squad are missing for a vital training session usually 2 days before a game takes place.

That being said, if we lose this then "the faithful" will start readying their pitch folks I fear.

Vlad played rb for Romania in the recent games, good way to ease him back in after the catastrophe. Dier needs a rest

He had a whole preseason to assess the squad and weed out the players who can't play his system. If that was the majority of the squad then he should have adapted his system not shoehorn it on lazy players. Not rocket science that but it seems to be for the managers we install.....
