Reading into the chairman's comments it sounds like they wanted him to commit and he is clearly looking to move to a bigger club if offered.

He doesn't seem Iike one to hang around too long anywhere, that's the norm in Spain so expect that is where he will go, or maybe to Ajax if de Boer goes to Barcelona in the summer

Swansea's squad is small, competing in the EL and Michu, his by far most important player, is out has made his season very hard. Still amazed what he managed to achieve last season with that squad.

The problem with Laudrup he wants to be the best and hence falls out with the board when he doesn't get that support. Worth noting that they have had some really bad injuries this year.

Also if Laudrup cant progress with a club he will leave to a bigger club to achieve that progression

I think the summer he wanted money to spend and when it didn't match his needs he threw up a storm

Martinez got relegated but that doesn't make him a bad manager. Granted he had more experience but sometimes it doesn't work out.
