Picking Davies over Rose when they're both fit is inexcusable. We looked SO much better with Rose last time out.

Once Dembele, N'Jie, Eriksen, Pritchard and Bentaleb are back, that squad as a whole will look pretty strong imo.

It is literally unfathomable how a fit Rose can be on the bench. Huge call from Poch, lets just hope it doesn't cost us.

Sunderland are ridiculously attacking looking. Dier has a great chance to dominate midfield here.

I wonder about pochs sanity picking Davies over rose, saw Davies for Wales twice last week and he is incapable of playing a forward ball or getting forward and made 4 or 5 howlers in each game, he's regressing in my opinion!!

It's probably that davies is seen to be more defensive & that will give Son a bit more freedom. Maybe.

We should win but i'll be surprised if we dont. Eriksen, N'jie and Dembele are hurt. We're struggling to score, Poch doesnt play new signings after only a few days of training so we'll be void of pace. Sunderland are also struggling but you can count on an NLD last yesr type perfomance from Kaboul ans Defoe scoring 1 or 2 here. Also, we like to make poor opposition look decent.
