we are already losing them, e.g. Edwards, Madueke, Markanday etcWe need to start providing a pathway to the first team. I'd expect we will start losing the talented players if we don't.

U18s Blackburn away 11am
U21s Blackburn at Stevenage 13:00pm
I can't find anything. All home U21 games were supposed to be shown, so unless they notify us late it's poor from the club.Any of them on spursplay?
Paskotsi has had a tough couple of years with heart complications from Covid. Phillips and Dorrington are now probably ahead of him and Sayers.quick question for the youth watchers, are any of the young defenders anywhere near being able to step into the first team squad in the event of injuries or suspensions? A neighbour of mine keeps raving about Patoski, but, he is a little biased being of Estonian origin!
Dorrington, for me, the most ready but still a 40 game loan away development wise.quick question for the youth watchers, are any of the young defenders anywhere near being able to step into the first team squad in the event of injuries or suspensions? still a better option than Dier in this system though, rather him or Phillips to be the 4th CB choice behind SanchezDorrington, for me, the most ready but still a 40 game loan away development wise.
That's because they had no opportunity.we are already losing them, e.g. Edwards, Madueke, Markanday etc

You'd hope so. Some players may not seem ready, but make the step up when thrown in.
Now onto the U21s. Home to Blackburn kicking off at 1pm.
