Main issues for me are
1. a lack of anyone in back 3/2 midfielders who can play a ball over the top.
2. Son having a bad game
3. Emerson is far too ponderous (to be fair a lot of the time he hasn’t really had options)
4. Romero missing means we don’t have that CB stepping out into midfield.

The system is fine. You cannot dominate every area of the pitch or else every team would play that way. Some teams dominate the middle, some the sides. We dominate the sides.

Our problem is not the system, it's that the area of the pitch where we have space, is the one where our weakest player is. Emerson is worse than useless. He breaks our entire system.

The opponent gets to use the advantage of their system and we don't get to use ours.

Don't understand the set piece tactics at all. At least mix it up, some for Son, some Perisic

One thing that has been really noticable for me is that both CMs have been receiving the ball with their backs to the opposition goal. Does my head in as it limits their options on where the ball goes next.

Do they not coach how to receive the ball on the half turn anymore?

Why do we always struggle against Wolves? Is it something they do tactically? Is it because some of their players have particular strengths against some of ours that make the game lopsided in their favour?

it’s been the same with different managers and players, only a few constants. I can think of Ruben Neves always playing well against us but unsure what else.
