It's a team game and we need to rotate our front four plenty to get the most out of them. Son coming off the bench in some games could be the gamechanger we need.

Now we have 5 subs we should move away from the idea that a key player not starting a game is a big deal - they'll all get minutes.

There's no need to rotate ATM, we're playing one game a week.
Son is more likely to score or assist than Richarlison, so he should start.
Conte should pick the best XI to beat Wolves. When we go to two games a week, by all means rotate.
My guess is there will be two changes, Perisic and Sanchez

I agree with Richarlison starting. Not because Son hasnt been up to his usual standards but really, we will be playing against a low block and he isnt that great against them. Richarlison has a bit more trickery in terms of creativity and Kulusevski is intelligent with his creativity and Kane is Kane.

Hopefully if we bag a goal or two then bringing on Son when Wolves have to come out to play would benefit him and us

It should be less about "punishing" Son and more about rewarding Richarlison for his impact vs Chelsea. Starting Richy over Son, should reinforce the mentality that every time the players step on the pitch, they need to give their all because if they dont, we have other players that can step in and give us something different.

I get you and agood way of looking at it but I dont even think its about reward or punish, its about who of the two will most likely suit us with the opposition we are playing. A low block team doesnt really allow Son to play, we have seen it all too well and lets not kid ourselves, Wolves will be defending hard. Son will though suit playing against Forest.

It's a squad game so the term "dropped" shouldn't be used , lets use the term rotation in getting all our players up to speed for when we have two games per week coming up soon.
Sanchez almost definitely gets his chance this week , have to wait and see who else might be in the frame.

Mate, son is one of my favourite all time spurs players - but I don't think it's unkind to say he can play brilliantly or have a stinker occasionally. Just pointing to stats doesn't tell the whole story.

Old Spurs mentality of having a first eleven. Need to get used to full squad rotation and using the 5 subs as finishers.

We will find a way to win this regardless who plays - games will come thick and fast soon so everyone will be used. One injury change and thats it for me. Wolves are unsettlled with formation change, we can field a balance confident side with many players to come on.

Dangerous game this, early kick off, likely a lot of empty seats because of train strikes so don’t expect a great atmosphere. Also Wolves always seem to turn us over at home. Will need to be at it from the off, think it’s time for Perisic to be given a start.

He does sometimes have a few crap games together then goes on a run of scoring .

He’s not even really off form, he was far from his best against southampton but still dangerous, even if you only focus on his output he got an assist for the Dier goal and an assist for royal (which Salisu put in his own net).

As for the chelsea game, none of the front 3 were good enough really but as a team we didn’t play to their strengths and struggled to get the ball into them quick enough
