I can't believe that people are actually solely blaming Poch for our current predicament. We have spent years underfunding the team and not making the right purchases at the right time. Levy is just as much to blame as Poch.

But with the team we have had over the last 5 years Jose, Rafa and Allegri would of and they are all options for us!
You can't know that.

They may have finished lower for all you know.

Maybe Poch had a group of players (none of which were particularly special before his/their time at Spurs) all playing better than the sum of their parts and for whatever reason (don't think there's just one) they have stopped responding to him?

It must be hard for a team working your nuts off doing better than that team has ever done and almost everyone else in the league, winning more games than anyone else (barring a couple) and you are branded, legends, chokers, losers. All because a trophy proved elusive.

Maybe that is it, the failure to secure a trophy, the taunts that have followed with it, the players have decided they've busted enough guts now as it's not going to happen under Poch, which would be a shame (IMO)
Players are winners/losers too, so maybe they should be replaced as they don't have the right mentality?

Maybe something as simple as, in trying to find a solution to our bus parker problem, he has created an imbalance in the team?

All i know is, the happiest i have ever been as a Spurs fan has been with Poch in charge, and it would be a shame if that's just thrown away.

I am sorry to say it but Levy will not sack Poch - guarantee it!
if we want him gone, we have to apply the pressure - email him directly!! voice it in the stadium.
I know its not great as POch is a nice guy but the end is nigh but Levy will not sack him, he is the perfect puppet for him.

Maybe i'm wrong but I don't think he uses [email protected] as someone on here posted before, i'm sure uses a different, direct email, so it would be difficult to contact him by email.

Because we’re not debating why we’re not winning trophies. We’ve got to the point where we’re actually shit and can’t beat anyone. We shouldn’t need to improve this squad to beat Watford, Colchester, Brighton or Newcastle

Haringey Borough fc players walking off against Yeovil town because of racism. Who wants to go bash them up?

I think Liverpool are going to give us a sound thrashing and that will force Levys hand!

It shouldn't have to wait until then! today should show Levy enough but I do agree with you. I dont see him sacking him which is crazy given the players clearly dont want to play for him.

Right. So underfunding the team and ignoring the issues that have clearly led to where we are now has no bearing on our appalling form at the moment then?

Oh they are definitely delivered, as I emailed it before and got a response from the cust service team to say the chairman had seen my comments and understand frustrations (it was after the 8-2 defeat to Bayern)

Yes, but Levy will point to the new stadium and the fact that he's pretty much safeguarded our lifetime through it.

Take the fucking day off.

The bloke had a 60 million pound player sat on the bench at home to fucking Watford, a player that he clearly wanted.

Levy has and still deserves plenty of stick, but let's not pretend that we shouldn't be drawing at home to Watford with the current squad of players available.

Pochettinho has to drop more players. it's the players who have been a total disgrace.

But he keeps picking the ones underperforming.

And we've been starting games at a snails pace for months. And yet he sits there as if he's happy with that.

Poch has to take a huge part of the responsibility for our chronic lack of poor form, as well as the players.

It's a collective problem and he's the leader of the the orchestra I'm afraid.

Poch talks about wanting to rebuild but it’s almost like he’s unwilling to do so. The players that have “different agendas” and are actively looking to be sold are starting every game - and the players that have been signed for the future either start on the bench or are hooked at half time when the whole team is playing shit.

I love what Poch has done since he has been here but at this moment in time I just can’t see where we are going to improve. I can’t understand what his plan is both on and off the pitch.

I think this is a culmination of factors. One factor would be fixable.
This is Poch, zero spend last season, new stadium, (some) players downing tools.
Game day it has to come on Poch then the players though.
Five defenders and two holding midfielders vs winless, bottom of the league, in another new system is on a very confused Poch I’m afraid.

Levy is not the man reponsible for failing to coach and set any form of structure in the team, week after week.

He has his flaws but the current form is on Poch.
