I actually feel sorry for Dele. all that promise just seems to have evaporated. he's such a frustrated figure. it's probably not good to have him playing so much at the moment.

Poch tried to convert him to an 8, it didn't work. Jose is (more or less) forced to use him as a false nine.

Alli's best position is as second striker to Kane or Son, he was brilliant in the few games when he was actually allowed by Mourinho to play there earlier in the season. He isn't finished yet.
