Don’t understand why Bale has been dropped again. One bad game against Arsenal and Jose’s slung him out with the dirty washing again after a great run of performances. Weird.

Just another weird aspect of a weird season.

Do you think it has anything to do with the fact that Bale said he was only at Spurs to get fit for the Euros and maybe Jose thinks he isn't going to put his foot in in case he gets injured?

There’s a very tiny bit of me that feels sorry for Jose, in that he’s like an elderly relative that’s kind of in this world, but not of it.

Hi guys. I come here now because I need to release some frustration somehow.

Every since I can remember, I have been a huge fan of football. 21 years now and all I think about in my everyday routine is football. And out of every single exciting thing football has to offer, the moment I am more excited about is transfer windows. It's so exciting to see some deals being worked on, to imagine player that could improve our squad, to get ITK information that makes one feel closer to the real bussiness, you know. But you now what? For the first time in ages I will not bother about the possible incomings for the squad. This summer transfer window all I be excited about will be outgoings. My veredict on whether the window is a positive or negative one will rely purely on who we manage to offload.

And I promise I say this holding no grudges. I say this with no anger, with no pain, with no frustration, with no bad intentions. This squad has reached it's peak a long time ago. It is time for many members of this squad, including the manager, to leave. A complete overhaul. I don't want to name anyone (I know I mentioned Mou, but it is just because I can't say we need a new manager without implying his name for obvious reasons). I don't hate anyone, don't want any single one to suffer or have a mare in their future teams. I really hope for them to find their places somewhere else. It's just that things will continue not to work out here. And all I demand is to have hope everytime Spurs play. I want to be excited when I remember there is a game coming. Right know it's just sorrow. I need this season to end.

Take care and remember there are more important things than the ball. Go spend time with your loved ones :)

I can’t think that I’ve not looked forward to watching us in a cup final as much as i am right now.

i give us absolutely no hope in that game, and it’s really sad.

don’t get too excited about those outgoings - I don’t think we will get rid of all we want to, and i think we may lose some we don’t.

the game changed when they pushed full backs wider and pogba came central.. he turned hojberg time and time again. tactically Jose didn't react.

our primary weakness in cm is the dynamism and recovery pace in mf.
Cavani movement is very very clever.

that being said
I saw attempts to press throughout the 2nd halfwise. effort wise it was much better than the Newcastle game.

Jose needs to go, but if the players put in similar levels of effort.. it wouldn't have been half this bad this season

I hope he doesn’t get sacked before the cup final as he will always say that he would have won some silver wear even though that is a bunch of bollocks. This whole squad stinks at the moment when he goes the most important thing is getting some figurehead/director of football who can install some form of identity/plan and get the players to fit that plan. We missed our chance under Poch and this is going to be a painful couple of seasons hopefully some of the youngsters can come in and have some guts and glory about them.

At this moment in time, under this manager, it genuinely feels like a write off.

Sometimes these are exactly the type of narratives that pull off shock results, but I cannot for the life of me see us winning that game.

Can you imagine if we actually went a goal up? We'd absolute shit ourselves, as usual!

Given that winning the League Cup would probably mean Jose keeping his job and playing in the Europa Conference League next season I can see us winning the cup final simply because Joseball against a team from Kazakhstan is the sort of crap our luck would serve to us.

the rest of the season feels a write off.

trouble is, i dread to think what the summer and start of next season holds for us.

Criminal defending and I don’t just mean from the defence. It’s like showing real desire to win the ball is a step too far for too many of this squad. I imagine the words “not my job mate” are pretty commonplace.

It's all well and good to try to emulate the blueprint of the famous Arsenal team of 88-89 for winning the league, but if you can't do the defending bit you just become the dullest team ever who just loses a lot.

Forget Kane wanting to leave if we get a Potter type in, it's more likely he'll want to go if we keep playing shit football and losing football matches like this.

The whole team was disgusting in that match too.. did he really believe that completely dropping Bale who was heavily involved with dismantling lesser teams was a good idea? Or that the Arsenal performance would have been significantly better with another player instead of Bale? It would be baffling if not for what we already know: that Jose is a coward who has no interest in playing on the front foot. The equivalent would be Cavani suddenly disappearing from Ole's plans after his performance today.

This is the crux of our problem and has been for a while imo pointing at each other to cover runs instead of getting their head down and just putting the shift in.

Spurs have brought me so much joy in my 40 years as a fan. But for the first time I'm almost without any emotion when watching us. I've gone to all sorts of lengths to make sure that I'm able to watch games no matter where I am in the world, yet now I can barely be bothered.

I'm not saying it's just mourinho, I'm sure it's many things, but it has got a lot worse since ge became manager.

I dont like him, never wanted him and now cannot wait for him to leave.

I need to get the emotional attachment back again and under Jose that just isn't going to happen.
