Why does Neville keep taking about intent? It’s irrelevant isn’t it. That said I’ve seen worse challenges be given yellows
Agree with thisDon’t think there was any malicious intent there from Jones tbh.
But in the rules of the game it probably is a red.
He needn't worry, we won't be mid table.Neville doesn’t want us to compete with United.
I sometimes wonder if Neville has played football
If it was United he would want him imprisoned,Seems to hate the fanfare around us with Ange, and I suspect if UTD were doing well then he would say that's a red card.
His foot slips off the top of the ball - it looks far worse than it is imo. Why? For me it can hardly be more obvious
But he’s gone in with studs showing.. even if accidentalTerrible decision. Never a red card. His foot hits the ball rooks over it at catches his leg. No excess force. Once again demonstrating how little referees know about the game of football is played.
Going to be super tough.
They're stronger than us up front.
Defences probably similar, albeit theirs more established
We might have a marginal edge in midfield
Need to really own the MF or we'll struggle
