It was only 2 weeks ago a lot of their fans were turning on Marsch. The Liverpool and Bournemouth results have turned that around somewhat, but they certainly still have their problems.

It's the perfect game for us to exploit them on the counter. But it's also very dangerous becuase if they press us high up the pitch our defenders aren't good enough at passing it out. Still think this fixture suits us more than most others

Agree with everything apart from starting Emerson.
Doherty may not be spectacular but he offers so much more with Kulu + going forward, than Emerson.
But as you said, I’d be surprised if Conte doesn’t choose those players.

Of course the front three will come into action here. Last game before the World Cup... Richy and Kulu have been brought slowly back without taking risks... they will be unleashed here next to Kane.
Bentancur and PEH should play...
The back three will probably be Dier, Lenglet, Davies.... Emerson will be back at RWB too... LWB... don't know. But I hope it will be Perisic... Hugo will also return.

What I would like:
What I think we will get:
I believe the source of the booing and negativity from fans is purely coming from Emerson's selection. There would be a lot more forgiveness toward the team and Conte if Spence is selected. Even if he isnt the messiah, it would do a lot to prove Conte's point if he clearly isnt up to scratch that the squad simply isnt good enough. It is utterly infuriating watching Emerson squander attack after attack when we so clearly have a better attacking option waiting. Sure he may be a bit raw but its not as if we have been formidable defensively anyway. I am 100% behind Conte but his insistence on Emerson is one of the most baffling managerial decisions I have seen from a Spurs manager in a long time. His system absolutely relies on attacking threat from the wing backs - something which Emerson time and time again has shown he is utterly incapable of.
I think Kane should start on the bench for this game to come on as an impact sub if/when (likely) needed. He has been overplayed out of necessity and with the World Cup right around the corner I just dont think we are going to get anything other than a 50% performance from him anyway.

This needs to be good day all round. Good performance, good result, support in full voice and everyone happy. We can’t have a bad ending pre WC . Top 4, CL 16 all good to come back to. We really need this good ending to this part of the season. Hopefully come back better.

don't think we can cope with the energetic press from Leeds so can only see us going behind again and thus more pressure from crowd, I cant see it ending well hope I'm wrong and we go on the front foot and score first

We just need to win tomorrow in whatever way we can. I dont care if we play like utter turds for 89 mins and scrape the most undeserved win in the 90th minute, just bloody win. Also ill be playing footie myself tomorrow afternoon so i wont be watching anyway so play as dull as you like Antonio just bring home the 3 points!
