While we understand and have the same frustrations on the team and the performances the constant beating on the same players for just being picked is tiresome the same with going over how we didn't get more players in during the transfer window. Everton always look so consistently poor. Other teams, even Bournemouth, show glimpses of quality, but Everton just seem to have nothing in their arsenal under Lumpard.

12th in the league; don’t score many but look a lot more set at the back. Will need to be better in the final third

Skipp is probably not ready to start, but this is the team I would love to see. I won't hide that I think we have an amazing potential player in Skipp. I think he showed in the first half of last year how good he can be, and I think the sky's the limit for him for more. Bissouma hasn't been the player we thought he could be thus far, but if he could continue to grow into his own and show why he was one of the best midfielders in the PL at Brighton, he's (Bissouma) the type of player I would love to see against United.

It's hard to deny that Son does seem better with Sessegnon at LWB and hasn't yet clicked with Perisic. But I'm not steadfast - both are great options.

I'd love to see Doherty keep growing into fitness and form and would love for us to have this match in the bag and get him off at 70-80' to have him for United as well.

It would never happen, and proabbly shouldn't if I am honest, but I could be so bold as to start Richarlison for Kane to give Kane a slight rest before United.

Deki, Richarlison, Bissouma, Perisic, and (in the ideal scenario!) Spence off the bench would be a dream. Maybe Gil or Moura as a sub instead of Bissouma or Perisic.

I heard Conte post match last night mention a slight problem for Richarlison with his knee. I sincerely hope he's not ruled out of this game completely for his sake because this game in particular must have been one of those he would definitely have been looking forward to, as it's against his former employers.
