A good manager would assess the talent available and try to design a system to get the most of that talent. How is sitting deep and trying to hit them on counters with a back line of Aurier, Alderweireld, Dier, and Davies in any way a good idea? We don't have the defensive talent to play the way that Mourinho wants to play. This is ridiculous. He needs to go.
