"These silly people are not just holding up the wonderful new stadium but also the wider progress of the area.
What they must realise is that this isn’t just about feathering their own pockets but about the wider progress of the area.”

If Levy had known all they wanted was feathers this could have been settled ages ago!:)
Mixing his metaphors-feathering a nest or lining a pocket.

Wrong. They can't take it to the court of appeal unless they are granted leave to appeal first. First there is the deadline for that application to go in. If it does, it is effectively an application for an application. Around 6 weeks later there will be an oral hearing. They won't pass that. Only if they do will it go to appeal. We've won.

In all probability your correct. No expert on the english legal system. On the appeal recently concluded they did the same on the final day they appealed the cpo. This has become a game to this lot.

They have to have leave to appeal. Its starts to get difficult for them at this point and the stakes are higher if they lose as well.

Must have unlimited supplies of money they can afford to throw away.

If we don't hear anything tomorrow then I'd assume they have lodged another appeal and we'll then get an official statement from the club early next week.

If they're not appealing I expect a statement from the Josif family tomorrow laced with bitterness towards the club and awash with their usual rhetoric of "the world is against and we're just hapless victims".

Basically I'd take continued silence from them as a bad sign.

Why tomorrow?

25th I thought, the 21 day thing didn't start until a couple of weeks later

13th March is the date as far as I'm aware. Lots of people saying 25th but don't know where that came from.

From what I've read it appears that the 21 day appeal period didn't start until the 3rd March rather than directly after the court decision as originally thought

I thought the 25th was the date the judge in the hearing was going to come back with a ruling, but reduced that to 2 days as immediately saw AS were talking out of their ass?

I thought the start date was late feb (whatever works out as 21 days before tomorrow).

Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest f they have " wealthy " backers but we will never know.

I'm sure there must be a Spurs supporting private dick out there who might be angry enough to dig around?!!!
