He's definitely in the top tier but would be difficult to get. He's an outstanding shot stopper and doesn't make too many bloopers. Those are key. With the added bonus of being home grown and presumably tight with Romero. It could set the stage for a newly established back line that stays together for a few years.

He would be a worthy replacement of Hugo, though I'm not sure if he would be too happy about us making such choice, haha.

He told Villa he wants to leave when he got back from the world Cup. No chance he costs 50m
Why not? He’s got a contract until 2027 I think, World Cup winner and one of villas important players, can’t see anything less than 40m

We are never that pro active. We will probably have Forster as no.1 and realise he is not that great and then will start venturing into the market

Going from World Cup winning keeper to a World Cup winning keeper just so we can continue to mention our keeper is a World Cup winning keeper makes sense. He's a keeper for me.
