Johan Lange, who is currently Aston Villa's global director of football development and international academies, has reportedly held discussions with Tottenham Hotspur as they seek to replace the outgoing director of football Fabio Paratici.

Massively underwhelming. I've seen Villa fans say he was shifted into a lesser role this summer and hasn't got a lot of experience.
