Atalanta's 29-year-old winger Ruslan Malinovskyi remains a player of interest for Tottenham with his contract running out next summer amid irregular starts for the Ukrainian at the Italian club.

So we know he can score belters with his left foot but does he work hard, train hard, track back, follow instructions and all that type of stuff? Have to trust Paratici with all of that.

Yeah not a fan of this one personally. The guy can strike a ball, there is no doubting that. But he's not good enough IMO to be competing for a starting place in the first team. The last thing we need is more average players clogging up the squad. As AC has said, there can be no mistakes made with the budget he's on. You have to be extremely clever with 30m ?

29 though. If he flops he will be more deadwood to shift.
Tricky one. It’s easy to see how he could fit as a rotation option for kulusevski- citing in off the right he strikes the ball so well.
but known to be quite lazy off the ball.

That’s said, we’ve been linked for ages and there must be some reason for this. Both FP and conte must like him for what he can offer and see a way he can fit into the system. His contract situation and availability make him a credible option but are there better options out there for this role?
RWFs (left footed)? Can only think of edwards that we’ve been linked to.
we’ve been linked to load of LWFs (right footed) such as Thuram, Barnes etc

Wonder if there’s a clever loan /buy option FP is working on?

Can't say I've ever watched this lad play. Well, I might have, but obviously did nothing of note because his name doesn't reside in my swede.

@Hotspur88 am I missing some sarcasm, i thought you said we had more than 30m?
Haha I was being sarcastic yes. The reason for that is none of us truly know how much we have to spend, so it's a ridiculous statement. I have no clue what we have to spend, but I can assure you we have plenty of cash and as I've said before, if the right player comes along, we would not hesitate to spend over 30m. One of our prime RWB targets as you know has a release clause over 30m and that's what we would have to pay. It would just mean we would have to be creative with other incomings as we were last Jan to give us plenty of scope for the summer.

I only need a Porro and a cheap early fee for De Vrij to be happy, is that too much to ask?

Another risky option, will he settle, how long will that take, could he be another kulu type signing and work out, hope they have their homework done on this one, we cannot afford any more n'type mistakes.

It appears that he's been struggling to hold down a regular starting spot for Atlanta this season. Despite contributing a healthy (but not prolific) number of goals and assists in the past, he's only managed 3 this season. This doesn't give me confidence that he'll be more productive in the final third than Hojbjerg or Bentancur, who have 9 and 7 goal contributions so far this season, respectively.
