Poch turned around an in-fighting, out-of-tune squad when he first came in - maybe he can do so again
We've had great memories the last few years.
Poch will always be a hero, and we'll always have so much love for Hugo, Harry and the rest.
We're on a good foundation for the long-term, with the right management and stewardship success is possible again.
We did finally invest in the transfer market, hopefully it pays dividends.
A season without Europe might help us win the league if that's what it comes too.

There's an international break soon.

That's the international break, a season without Europe, a bit of love, hope and memories sorted. When I worry is when we're actually kicking a ball around in the here and now!

Each second that passes, I am closer to death. Therefore another second closer to not being able to watch anymore of this godforsaken football club

I'm trying really hard to find reasons to be cheerful - nope searched the back of the sofa for some fortune and bugger all is there. There isn't one reason to be cheerful right now. Since I was born in 1973, (that's 45 years for those too lazy to work it out) we have won 7 meaningful trophies, you can see why I'm struggling here right?

Reasons to be cheerful ..
.
Making other mediocre teams look good. It's a proven side effect.

Liverpool fucks out at the first hurdle of the domestic cups every single season. There's some noise for a few days, then no one cares.

We just need to win some other games now.

The one reason to be cheerful last night was when an Arsenal Fan started gobbing off about us losing to Colchester - I told him "it was nice to see they managed to beat Forest this time with home advantage"
.
Small crumbs.

It's only football. And one way or another this bump in the road will look just like that - a bump - when we eventually look back on it.

It's not like the club is going to come crumbling down.

You could be an former employee of Thomas Cook and be waking up to find you might not have the company pension you once thought you were going to have.
