How does that affect us?If Chelski beat liverpool we r done. That Bournemouth result was costly.
I confidently predict that we won't be in Europe next season because either:
a) We lose at Palace and the Goons win their last two games, so both they and Wolves finish above us; or
b) we finish seventh but the Goons win the FA Cup.
I'd take b) as the more likely as I think we'll probably draw with Palace and our goal difference is six better than the Arse. But if we can fuck it up, we probably will.
How does that affect us?
Got ya, cheersTechnically they need 3 points to secure CL football - if they beat Liverpool they have nothing left to play for when they play Wolves. We need them to beat Wolves.
Suck it up. You want positivity go and join a new age manifestation seminar. How about you lot change your mentality and quit predicting doom and gloom for a change, it's utterley insufferable.
The only time that the fans need to be 'mentally tough' is in the stadium urging the team on. This is an Internet forum; we have a choice here.I think what you’re saying is that that would be the spursy thing for us to do.
But I hope that you're aware that that is also very much the spursy thing to say.
The team needs to be mentally tougher, certainly. But so do the fans.
Let's be fair, 14 points from the first 12 games before Poch got sacked was costly, not a disappointing draw in an otherwise good run of form at the end.If Chelski beat liverpool we r done. That Bournemouth result was costly.
Qualifying round, unfortunately. If we finish 6th but Arsenal win the cup, do we go into a qualifying round or straight into the group stage?
So it'd effectively be like we'd won a cup...?Qualifying round, unfortunately.
We would be effectively getting the Europa League spot given to the EFL Cup winner.
If wolves had beaten Sheffield Utd and Arse they’d be third, what a great season for them and dispels the myth that you can’t play europa and challenge the league.
With one or two Mendez additions close season I can see them making a serious challenge next season.
Think if chelski win that books champions league and therefore may not be as critical to win their last games v Wolves. How does that affect us?
