Pubs for Wembley Cup

Just a thread if anyone has any suggestions for a few pre-drinks for the wembley cup? me and my mate are coming to london for the match and are thinking of a few beers pre going to wembley? Any well knownyid pubs in the area or are they simply restricted to north london? Be cool if anyone could point me in the right direction!

For the Chelsea CC final we used a pub called the Greyhound or something. Don't ask me where it is, I can't remember anything other than it was close to the stadium.......

In line with A&C, the last two Carling Cup finals I've been in the Greyhound.

I'll probably drink in town tomorrow & the head straight up to Wembley, though Sunday I expect I'll probably make a day of it.

Greyhound was taken over by a Yid Manageress a few days before the last Cup Final. No idea is she's still there or not.

White Horse in Liverpool Street is a good place. went there for both cup finals.

Be aware that there is no Jubilee line on Sunday.

Met Line is working, as is Bakerloo I think.

I've just spoken to the Torch.
They will be designated a CELTIC pub for both games by Police.
This most probably means that SPURS are allocated the pubs in Wembley High road.
Although as on Friday Celtic v Egyptian mob kicks off at 5.15pm Torch might allow Spurs in after 5pm.
On 2nd thoughts half the Celtic fans most probably won't manage to actually leave pub!

I went to Wembley for Oasis. Headed to the Greyhound as I had been there for the last two cup finals, only to find the place was shut down!

Nothing that hasn't already been reported really but I work for a local paper where the Barca players are training if you want to take a look at some photos we took of them training!

I was having a beer outside the PremierInn Hotel in the car park right next door to Wembley Park Station on Friday, was 99.99% Tottenham, £3.50 a glass of Becks, was good - nice environment, even if you have kids, theres a Burger + Chips van in there too

on friday the JJ Moons (weatherspoon) pub on the High Rd was a designated Tottenham pub, was busy and friendly :beer:

Went to some sports bar, was 99.99% spurs. They had a marque out the back and the atmosphere got pretty good, some very pissed yids in there :lol:.
