Do ENIC need to go on a PR offensive ?

Assuming they are staying and give a fuck !

The club needs a fresh impetus and this is something I would look at if I was Levy/advising him.

We need hope THFC!

I can't see it will make any difference... I seem to spend half my time on here pushing back against the negative bilge. Truth is, if people feel rotten and need it to be someone else's fault then that's how they're going to feel. The best we can do is hope it's us whom the silent majority are with, and not them!

Who are you kidding?.....win or lose tonight and there will still be legions of people bitching about Levy.

If we win:
"We could have won by more if Levy spent more money. ENIC OUT!"

or

"See ENIC have built a championship contender on a shoestring budget. ENIC IN!"

If we lose:
"The rot is visible now, ENIC have to go or these losses will only get worse and more frequent. ENIC OUT!"

"The negativity of those shouting about ENIC is affecting the crowd. We just need to maintain the path until the stadium is complete."

No matter what happens tonight we will be stuck with people talking about ENIC as the biggest contributor to the result.....

Aside from sporting success and build the new stadium,
the only effective PR move they could do is to sign a big name player.
Bring home Luka Modric, or sign Edinson Cavani - a move of that stature.

Why?

The club didn't want to sell. A group came in and made very provisional enquireies and then confirmed they won't be making an offer.

Why do the club need to spin this positively?
