Going to put this into perspective. Sacking Poch is not the quick fix. We still have the same problems where a lot of the players either A: don’t want to be here and B: have one year left on their contract. Changing managers is not going to change the situation. We need to get behind Poch and back him through this very hard time. He’s said numerous times that this is going to be a tough tough period. The fact we didn’t strengthen any windows previously has built up to this. You don’t see any other teams struggling like we are right now because they always strengthen and keep their squads fresh. Our squad is stale and if Poch goes our squad is still stale no matter who comes in. A new manager will not rejuvenate a stale squad when players have no desire to play for the club anymore. Poch tried changing it up from the diamond and still he got no response from the team. This isn’t on Poch but more on half the players who literally have no desire to play for the club anymore. The CL final was the nail in the coffin for this group of players. Get behind Poch and let him rebuild. It’s going to be a rollercoaster of a season.
