I want Sonny, Biss and Sarr to do as well as they can with their countries. Sadly only one of the African lads can go all the way but SK have a chance to do it.

Hell, the only thing Hugo won with us was a world cup. Get what you can while you can lads. Only one career and legacy to be had.

SK getting dumped out in the group stages with Son carrying the burden of letting down a nation and taking shine off his hero status isnt a sure fire better outcome for us.

Come on.

People are making too much of this either way.

He's the captain of our Club and shouldnt be affected one way or another.

He's a model professional.

If they get knocked out earlier than expected I certainly wont be complaining.

"Knocked out earlier than expected" is also not as bad as "asap" which is what has driven a lot of the responses id expect.

Son cried when we lost the carling cup! Its not just that he might be down its that he couldve come back on the high of being a champ.

Forwards are affected when they go on a small scoreless run, weve definitely seen that of Son himself. Of course success/failure of a much bigger magnitude would impact his confidence.

He was scoring before he left.

He's 31, matured into a great captain and has taken the responsibilty in his stride.

He'll be good for us either way.

There’s a lot of optimism around at the moment ( rightly so), but some in the transfer forum I think are getting a little bit ahead of themselves, talking of our squad being nearly complete if the rest of this window pans out.

However, fact is we still only have one foward I would put money on scoring when put through on goal and he’s in Asia.

So the less games he misses for us the better as far as I’m concerned.

No. You're not listening.

He will be too sad to play for us if he gets knocked out early.

Lol. State of our Sonny fanbois.

Get him home soonest please.

Oh fuck off!
Have you given up on trolling in the enic and Levy threads now because things are actually going well, so decided to venture further afield for reactions?

Seriously man, try being positive about the club and your fellow supporters sometimes.

Lol. No.

Levy is still a ****. Lost our best player we've had since Greaves. Because he is a useless ****. It doesn't compare. This isn't my first time around. I remember Jol
I remember Bale.

I can give many examples why Levy has ruined my club. This isn't the topic at this stage. Though you brought it up for your simp reasons.

I know Ange wasn't his first option.

Stop simping for your bald over lord.

Me saying I want south Korea to burn out early isn't a hot take chuckles.

I just want Son back. End of.

If you can't get that and think him coming back without winning a pot will make him sad is on you.

Pathetic.

It's early doors but I'm looking forward to a pile on! It's looking good so far.

I just want our best player back. Uninjured. Controversial. Who knows where this ends up!

You are right, the topic is not that controversial. I know quite a few Liverpool fans that would prefer Egypt to go out as soon as possible. I have also been a bit torn on the subject after enduring months of injury crisis.

The problem is, you go into threads sometimes and ruin them just because you feel like it. Being opinionated is fine, but you are looking for childish arguments that become tiresome for the rest of us to read.

So maybe try to improve your forum etiquette a little bit, so that your reaction bar stops looking like the Italian flag?

Jesus Christ, you have to be the most unlikeable person on this entire forum (which is an internet achievement in itself).
You can't seem to make a post without being childish and abusive, which is really quite pathetic in a place like Spurscommunity which is mostly an amicable place, it's not twitter FFS.

You're 41 for god's sake, start acting like an adult and people might stop thinking you're a massive twat.

I don't think there's a requirement for anyone to act their age on here! Let the man/ woman speak, we don't want everyone saying the same thing. Maybe some could be more articulate than others. However there is an ignore function too!
