Tagliafico can't defend, he's unproven in better league, older and more expensive. Don't think we will buy another LB but if we do that would be Reguillon

I'm starting to think the Ajax player may be Edson Alvarez. We were linked before and with the ITK we've had about Kim Min Jae being a problem to get done, I do wonder if the club are taking the same approach as they did with Bergwijn.

Regarding the LB. Putting it all together it sounds like its Reguilon - all the stories started at the weekend which coincides with his story.

Basically said that Reguilon was a player that we like and although we arent in the market for a LB, we might be tempted to move on him if the deal is right.

I think that Davies will be used as a LCB when we play a 3 man defence and we will use another player as LB when we play four at the back.

Why are people concerned with blocking Cirkin’s path? If José thought he was ready to play then he wouldn’t target a new LB. If we do indeed buy a LB then Cirkin is more than likely to be loaned out like Parrot & Skipp, two players who were also highly rated on here. The level a youngster needs to be to break into the team really needs to be a wonder kid, they are very rare.
