Good to see him reimbursing some of his wages with all those Tottenham shirts though. Wonder if there's one from last season with all his kids in Toon gear?

Wonder what they'll be wearing next season?

Want him to leave if we get a good chunk for him but don't dislike him. Clearly not good enough but a trier and actually seems to like the club

A trier? I think thats why people want him gone! Looks half arsed the whole time. If he worked his socks off like Wanyama, Ollic or Tevez, he'd be class.

Now that Newcastle is back up, he'll totally go back there, making it come true that the entire deal in practical terms only was a loan.

And the best part about is, when we face him up north next season, we know how to stop him.
Just hand him the ball.

I have no doubt that if he went to Newcastle he'd have a blinder when playing us.

Now that the season is practically over, if I'm honest I do hope we move him on. From January I was hopeful and as supportive as I felt I could be due to the fact that we still had work to do in the season and if he could help us just a little bit in achieving whatever goals we had I'd be fairly happy, especially as my expectations of him just got lower and lower. I'm still not convinced by what little he does offer us even if he is playing well by his standards and I'm still more encouraged by the little I see of N'Koudou than I am of Sissoko.

I guess it also depends on Poch's judgement and if he really sees him playing a positive part in our campaign next season because if he doesn't believe that you would think now would be the only time to sell him for any sort of reasonable money.

There is no question in my mind, Sissoko is gone in the summer.

I mean we must be selling him in the summer, surely?

Getting players off the books though isn't as easy sometimes as getting them on them.

I hope we can sell him on - take a bit of a hit on his price and then just forget it ever happened. Recruitment is the one aspect of management that I'm a bit worried about with Poch - Sissoko shook my confidence a bit in the way it happened, lets hope all involved have learnt from it.

Totally agree - Hes obviously brilliant at spotting/nurturing emerging talent and bringing academy grads through but if Sissoko was the first attempt at integrating an established/mature player into the mix then frankly, it hasnt worked.

He integrated Alderweireld and Wanyama fairly well into the mix - no?

He's like an over-rated musician isn't he...some people seem to see something in him that the masses are oblivious to. Worst first touch since Raziak the Wheelie-Bin for me.
