He'll be entering the last year of his contract after this season. I really would imagine the club would want a loan with an obligation if possible. Hard when he's barely played any.

Cold hard truth is, Tanganga is a huge gamble for any team to make. He’s made of glass and has barely played any men’s football. He’s not a youngster anymore.
Any club would be bonkers to do anything but a loan with an option.
I mentioned this on another thread, there's plenty of annoyance at our board for not shifting these players but fuck me, there are some pretty shitty offers coming in for them at the moment !

Should be a loan fee if they want him like that. So that they feel invested in him, not just a freebie for the season.

Yeah I was saying the same. But apparently we have had good offers in for players, but unable to show me where these offers are or anything that says we had offers in.
All players we want rid of hardly play and most not great international level also, so hard for them to improve and get a good offer in that isn't a loan.
But a loan fee and wages off for a season is better than nothing I guess.

There will be a fee also. Not huge, so a few hundred thousands I would guess. Doubt it would be into the millions.

I don’t think he has any sale value to make selling or even loaning him worthwhile, aside from getting his wages off the books or trying to show prospective buyers in January or next summer that he’s worth a punt.
We are more likely better served keeping him as bottom of the barrel back up. He’s home grown so doesn’t take up room in the squad. Whereas we will likely find it easier to sell or do a favourable loan for Sanchez, or Rodon.
I look at Japhet and players like Rodon and can't help but think a newly promoted PL side or a top Championship club couldn't do with them in their squad, maybe i'm completely assessing them wrongly - or perhaps more likely, i'm under estimating the level of player a newly promoted PL club already has ???

.Arry also used to turn up with his rag and bone cart, each summer and January when he was Spam manager to take away the flotsam. Those days are behind us unfortunately.

In search of a defender, Simone Inzaghi 's Inter have targeted Japhet Tanganga , a Tottenham player . Interest in English hasn't really kicked off yet, but there have only been initial contacts between the parties.
Unlike in the past, this time Tottenham have opened up to the loan solution with the right to buy for Japhet Tanganga, a defender who ended up in Inter's sights. As previously mentioned, the Nerazzurri's interest has not yet taken off, but there have been some initial contacts. That of Tanganga (defender with great flexibility, capable of playing both from central and on the right lane) is therefore at the moment only one of the names finished in the Inter list, awaiting new evaluations.
