We're fucking going to that Champions League final.
This is where he can do something about it. Pick his battles a bit more carefully but thats hard to do without changing what makes him so good.If he does return next week, I hope he doesn’t go hard into tackles where he has less chance of winning the ball.

Messi is a completely different player to Kane and Barca play differently to us and also Messi was chasing and pressing for large parts of the game, he even lunged in at one point on Gomez i think it was and could've been a yellow card and injury so don't agree. He needs to look at Messi and what he does. Last night, he was just standing around upfront, not busting a gut to go anywhere, just waiting to get the ball and do the damage. The issue with this, you need the rest of the team to do his running. Suarez does a lot of work up top in order for Messi to be able to operate how he does.
Kane needs to adopt this approach for me if he is just returning from injury but he won't, it's not in his nature, he will bust a gut to win a 50/50.
Logic, my friend.What?
We need goals, so yes, I'm ready like the rest of us are to clutch staws, even imaginary ones.....not going to get my hopes up, but just imagine.
incidentally, i thought the video he did for the little girl yesterday slightly inferred that he would be playing. or maybe i'm just clutching at imaginary straws.
Weight loss isn't always about fat loss. He bulked up a couple of seasons ago and personally I preferred him a bit leaner. Although maybe he bulked up to handle the physical duals with centre backs better. Being leaner can definitely help with mobility so may help hurdle certain challenges. Whether it would make a difference I dont know, just a suggestion.
Pretty sure that his injury record at Madrid has been pretty similar to his injury record at Spurs.Agree. As another point of reference, look at what's happened with Bale at Madrid. Tried to compete with Ronaldo in the gym and bulked up far too much, making him less athletic (which was one of his key abilities) and playing at least some part in his notoriously bad injury record since he joined I bet.

I'm more concerned with how his ankle gives way. Players get kicked all the time but they don't go over on their ankles the way Kane does. People can talk about bad luck and players landing on him but this doesn't only happen to Kane yet he's the one getting this same type of injury each year. Can you suggest how he avoids someone jumping on his ankle please?
How his weight comes into that I cant fathom.
What Messi does so well is pick his time to close down. High up the pitch where he can get back on the ball and drive at goal. He rarely chases too deep into his own half, only really if he loses the ball himself does he chase far back to try and win it. I dont see Kane playing that way though. He is much more of a Suarez type in terms of fighting and scrapping for the ball. It's almost like it's in his DNA to scrap for everything.Messi is a completely different player to Kane and Barca play differently to us and also Messi was chasing and pressing for large parts of the game, he even lunged in at one point on Gomez i think it was and could've been a yellow card and injury so don't agree.
I actually think Kane needs to change his boots to something more stable, those particular Nike's are very lightweight but give no support to the ankle being rolled.
