Even if he’s not fit , nothing lost sticking him on the bench in case it goes to pens. Not as if he’s depriving anyone who matters.
What fact?
Its a scenario you've just made up.
What problem are you talking about?Isn't this attitude part of the problem?
You say without massive investment we can't make the champions league final. Yet if we don't Ajax, will, the team who spend a fraction of us and have defeated Juventus and Real Madrid, whilst not losing to Bayern and finishing above Benfica?
Last season liverpool made the champions league final with the same level of quality as us now?
Not to mention leicester, haven't spent a huge amount and won a title.
I think we have a self destructive mentally with the club
If he does come back for the second leg can you ban yourself? Not. Going. To. Happen.
At what point do you plan on publishing your findings Doctor?Logic my friend, if you keep injuring the same ankle over and over it's not going to reinforce it, but actually on the contrary make it weaker every time you recover from it. If this wasn't the case Ledley would of played for a lot longer.

Don't fight with logic mate, its a fight you can't win.To be fair, the comparison doesn't really work either. Kane has been repeatedly injuring ankle ligaments which if rehabilitated correctly will return to near optimal performance, albeit somewhat looser which and can actually make them less susceptible to serious injury.
King had a degenerative cartilage issue which left him with essentially, early onset arthritis.
Either way. Let's hope he's back! As much as I'd love a WWF style shock return. I hope we hear something this week

If he returns before the end of the season I would just be telling him to do the bare minimum. Just concentrate on getting into the right places and leave the chasing for others. A casual Kane is still a dangerous one.
Beyond this season he then really needs to start a strengthening program for his ankles. It can't be right to keep getting injuries like this but also surgery is way too often suggested when it should be a last resort. Often injuries can be fixed with the right program. The trouble he has always had is that he returns from injury but never deals with the underlying issue and that's the weakness. He goes straight back to playing because it usually happens mid season. So he returns back to the same condition his ankles are in. Now we're so close to the end of the season and he has a chance to focus on building the muscles to help in future. Maybe even drop a little weight as well so he's leaner and has less weight coming down on his ankles. He can still play 1 or 2 England games in June while he does it but by the time next season starts hopefully he'll be better off. Now is the time to get on top of it.
Weight loss isn't always about fat loss. He bulked up a couple of seasons ago and personally I preferred him a bit leaner. Although maybe he bulked up to handle the physical duals with centre backs better. Being leaner can definitely help with mobility so may help hurdle certain challenges. Whether it would make a difference I dont know, just a suggestion.Drop a little weight? Is that a joke?!
Firstly, Harry is probably our fittest player, I doubt he has any body fat? Or would you want him to lose muscle mass?
Secondly, do you truly believe his weight causes ankle injuries? I doubt these injuries would have been avoided if he weighed a stone less? It’s just that they have ended up at awkward ankles, or stuck in position, before having his weight placed on them.

I would be worried if he doesn't do anything different though after this latest one.Yeah, that’s why I asked if you meant for him to lose muscle mass.
I am not sure it would help. He got his first injuries when he was much leaner. I honestly just think he has been unlucky, but his style of play has also made the injuries more likely to occur.
