I think he has a serious injury, so no one says anything. Luckily Tanguy is at a great level and can help us in the next matches, I hope Gio recovers for the big matches because there we will need him 100%
If you watch the highlights of the man utd v spurs game on spurs TV the commentator said at the beginning of the game that lo celso and tanganga were missing with minor thigh injuries.

Spurs tweeted something about Lo Celso around 10 mins ago but deleted it soon after. No idea what it was. The headline was something along the lines of ‘more of this Lo Celso’ I think.

Doesn't sound like a bad one but problem is, Gio being our most creative player, we need him to get some rhythm.

More creative than Kane and Ndombele?
soz I don't like arguments on messageboards this is one of the friendliest around
but Kane is not a midfielder and Tanguy is great atm when he can be arsed and lets hope it continues all season but motivation is not one of Lo Celso's failings just ask Mourinho.

Is Lo Celso's injury still his hamstring?
Yeah, yeah.

Will it be a long one?
I don't think so. I'd say next week.

Might be available for Burnley if Jose is right.

PS. From training today Weds 21st looks like he might be ready for LASK.

The more the hamstring/groin issue appears the more worried I am we will have to do surgery. There’s a very cautionary tale in there about the last left footed CM we had with this much talent. Let’s hope Tanguy’s presence and a boosted Lamela/Kane at #10 combo can relax our reliance on Gio for creativity.

I think after about January Lo Celso was legitimately our only attacking player save Aurier who consistently looked to make something happen. He’s been a godsend but we really shouldn’t push his fitness too far.

"Hopefully not too long" was the official word, I don't know whether that's good or bad news.

Maybe not at the moment as Harry has unleashed his inner Hoddle but you get the point mate. He's our playmaker

Seems he is suffering with more injured spells at Tottenham than the rest of his career put together. What is it with our players always seeming to be injured, Overuse? Poor Training? Poor Fitness Coaches? Poor Medical Care?

i just want to see the guy get a proper run of games. The kind of player he is who knits together everything around him the more he plays the better he gets. Hope he's back next week.

Only negative at the moment is Lo Celso keeps picking up niggling little injuries but with the squad we now have I'm not even worried. Ndombele PEH and Sissoko it is to bully west ham back to that souless bowl of theirs.

COYS.

Really hope this isn't the start of another long term injury nightmare for one of our key players.
