I think you can and when you see them in another tournament you just adjust your idea.

Looking at Real Betis's transfer history it shows that they don't have a very big net spend, last year they actually made money, but prior years, 10m has been about the max if they are looking to spend big (for them) it would suggest they are expecting at least 1 major departure.
