He played for us before Madrid btw
Well noted. It’s just that I didn’t see any of his goals for Madrid apart from the CL final overhead kick.

He was incredible for them scoring almost 1 in 2. The front 3 of Bale, Ronaldo and Benzema was fun to watch when I watched their games. He struggled with injuries, Zidane, the club and the fans being assholes his last 3 seasons though. Barnett saying Madrid and their fans should worship the ground he walks on is absolutely right. Bale alone won them 2 CL finals. In his time there, Madrid won 13 trophies(including super cups snd CWC’s).Well noted. Could’ve ironed it before posting.Refurbing an old coffee table and needed some newspaper to protect the bench its on...and this is what I grabbed from the box. It's density I tell ya!
Enjoy the reminiscer!
I believe these are the first public photos of him training?
He's not training very bloody hard.
Elliot Ferguson-DillonWho is the guy he is training with? A fitness coach?

Perhaps, perhaps not. On the assumption that we’re all aiming to reach the peak of our careers, I imagine that a youth footballer (Chelsea) who took a degree in sports science probably hard working with top footballers in mind when he made his choices.Would imagine that never in his wildest dreams would he have thought that he will one day run side by side, building up the fitness of a Spurs player called Gareth Bale..
He's definitely a lot leaner than he was a couple of years ago too, which probably isn't a bad thing.
I'm a married heterosexual male.....but those calf muscles are wondrous.
