I know I keep repeating it but this is what happened when he was all lined up to go to China. They thought they were getting him for nothing and then Madrid wanted a fee and it toppled the deal. They were desperate to get rid of him then but were happy to fuck the deal then, I really doubt they will be that bothered doing it again.
