2 year loan would have been preferable, but this reduces our exposure if it doesn't work out. There is probably something built in with regards to a potential extension.

What really excites me these reports that bale really wants the move. Just looking at him you can see he's still an elite athlete and he's had a good rest now to reduce muscle fatigue. That left foot will be as deadly as ever. A highly motivated Bale could be something special.

I love Dele but I do struggle to see where he fits atm. The most logical role for him currently is as the link between midfield and attack but I don't think he's energetic enough to do it as well as Lo Celso (or Eriksen before him).
