Anyone else think he looked a bit 'stronger' the last few weeks? He just seemed a little more athletic, and filled out. First half of the season he looked like a 400m runner, now he seems more like a sprinters physique. Just looks more balanced and less leggy. Maybe it's taken a few months to change his body shape.

So many people want us to spent upwards of £40M on fancy new signings. But a bit of patience can reveal a whole lot, and potentially save us an absolute fortune.

Tottenham defender Emerson Royal was
reportedly targeted by an armed robber in Brazil in the early hours of Friday morning.

According to O Liberal and Jovem Pan Esportes, the 23-year-old had just left a nightclub in his home city of Sao Paulo and was taking photos with an off-duty police officer when an individual pointed a gun at him while demanding his belongings.

29 shots were reportedly fired at the assailant, one of which hit them in the back and meant they had to be taken to a nearby hospital.
