Should of been trying to get shot of Sanchez and Dier for the last 2-3 years now.
If the opportunity arises it should still be the case.
Phillips and Dorrington should be included in the squad, with Royal and Davies they can be back ups and review the situation in Jan.
We have been unable to hold on to our best youth prospects in recent years due to the fact there was no progression because we couldn't get rid of these players, this will show that under Ange there is progression.

Alfie Dorrington it is your time to shine

Hope Levy doesn't mees this up. It is the right thing for us and the players that they get an opportunity elsewhere. If it means our back ups at CH are Dier, Phillips and Dorrington until January, so be it and then replace Dier.

If we believe Phillips/Dorrington are ready to step up and we’re clearing decks, this is very exciting news and exactly what we’ve been crying out for. Phillips is young but he’s been playing men’s football for 2 years and is absolutely physically ready. Bring on the new order!

That's a vry optimistic take IMHO. Much more likely we are taking money for Sanchez while we can irrespective of where it leaves the squad.

Yes its the right time for him (Sanchez) to go, as he needs a fresh start.
Be surprised if they can afford Tanguy's wages though as well, so its likely to be a subsidized loan. I just get the feeling that Tanguy has given up on the game and himself altogether, and is just happy to collect the money. Go on Tanguy......surprise us!

Not 100% sure with the translation but think they’re both gone.

Galatasaray ends their transfers of Ndombele and Sanchez below the figures when they were first applied. The late ending of the transfer period in Turkey will work for the first time in economic terms. Napoli did not use the option because Ndombele was expensive. In Sanchez, the door was opened from 12. The transfer is about to end below these figures!

Would be stupid to sell him now. Only senior CB cover who fits the system.
But Sanchez is far too much of a liability to trust as a competent back up and this has been proved time and again. We need to fast track Phillips and give him the trust and confidence to allow him to step up when required.

TBH I would sell, bring Dier in the fold

Don't understand the Dier hate but we literally struggling to sell any of our players now we are acting like Sanchez is like undroppable

We have one game a week until January. Squad is too big and if Dier has to come in, so be it. I trust Ange to get Dier in to decent form and to be honest. Dier will be high up enough to have his fullbacks try to recover and Van Der Ven, who is quick as well

That's crazy talk. Dier turns like an oil tanker and takes as long to get up to speed. He would get so exposed by out high line. No way I want him playing in this system.

He's a PL defender but mid table and in a team that players a low/medium block.

I'd genuinely be happy with £15m for the pair of them.

Get them off the wage bill.

I think the wages more than anything help the books a lot and means we could get a player or two in January that we’ve missed out on during the summer window. Fingers crossed.

Sanchez until January, while not ideal, is better than relying on Davies or Dier as a CB in a system that needs defenders to have pace in abundance until then. It's a risk putting in a very young CB. Yes would be great to see him/them given a chance, but I think for a few months we should make do with Sanchez and the young CBs behind him with Davies as the LB cover for the time being.

Just my opinion. Had this been in the summer I would have said yes let him go absolutely.

Repeating the same mistake we did with dembele in taking a small sum of money now which seems ok but leaves us very short if we get an injury or two. No doubt we'll get some.leaks that these deals will mean we can line up deals in January but we all know how believable this type of line is.
If we sell Sanchez it's a poor deal as it leaves us very vulnerable in an absolute crucial position
