Just had a skim through a Forest forum ahead of Friday's game, and one of the users posted something along the lines of "it's a shame they've figured out Johnson is much better on the right prior to our game...", gives me hope that he'll find a home on the right hand side with Deki playing as more of a number 10, and both players can excel in positions which suit their styles more. Not sure what our approach will be with Maddison is back, but it'll be a good problem to have.

I'm sure we were perfectly aware that he is better on the right, he's only played on the left due to limited options with injuries.

If he got that cut just before half time I think he would have played in the second half.

Ange is the first manager I've seen that really wants to err on the side of caution when it comes to head injuries.

Wasn't it stated earlier in the season when Romero was subbed off that we chose not to use the concussion sub as it would mean that he would be out for a mandatory period?

Phew no concussion meaning he’ll be fine for Everton and we can play Kulu at 10 again, that is massive given our serious lack of midfield options now Bissouma is suspended and Gio is injured.

After he skied that cross early in first half he seemed to wilt and didn't take his man on again before he got injured. He is young and can't have been easy going back to forest and even getting some boos but maybe a little mental work is needed on him from Ange. Given our injury / suspension issues over next month we really need our front 3 to be on fire and clinical if we are to pick up points during this crucial period.
