I’d argue we’ve caught him too late really - 22yo and £50m.

Sounds like you’ve seen a lot more of him than I have. I think he’s good but just not sure at that price and whether he improves us. If we sign him - I hope he proves me wrong

I didn’t take it as being aggy i do agree with you in many ways, it’s a lot of money but unfortunately it’s the premium you pay for young talent in this country, especially when he has such deep ties with forest. His dad David played for them too so it’s going to take a bonkers amount to get him.
