He looks like he’s been playing CB his entire career which is testament to him and Ange. Hes not the biggest or fastest or strongest (though he’s tough) but what he lacks in those areas he makes up in good reading of the game, passing and getting stuck in. Good football IQ as well with the occasional shit housery and tactical yellow.

I think he had a bad game as a left back earlier this season and was subbed. But as centre back he has been absolutely fantastic. As someone said, his football IQ is very high.
