Ben Davies has today (Tuesday 26 March) been awarded both his UEFA A and Elite Youth A Licence.

A licence which allows holders to take charge of youth teams up to the age of 18, reserve teams and professional second-tier sides, Ben has been working towards his credentials over the past two years, coaching within our Academy, delivering a number of sessions and drills.

Ali Gold reported on an interview with Ben and he said that he plans for every outcome and is pro~active in his taking control of his iwb destiny.
At his age I was still figuring out what I wanted.
Good luck to him~ he's still got time with us.

Like him or dislike him as a player, he's certainly a model professional off the pitch. Fair play - be more Ben!

I wonder if Ndombele has done his FA Level 1 Coaching badge now they've partnered with Mcdonalds?

I always love Ben... I am hopeful that he will stay on and coach the team. He was always the model professional. He might not have had the explosive pace of Rose, but I always felt he was the better defender.

A gent and a proper professional, some of the stick he gets/got in his Player Watch thread, especially during the Conte era, was shocking. Terrific role model, glad he's setting himself up to share that experience he has with the next generation. Go on, Ben.
