odd to me that we’d insist on him coming now.
Maybe we want to loan him somewhere easier to manage. Like Spain where they speak the same lingo, are almost the same timezone and a short flight away if we need to interact with him or his manager

I know Frey Bentos is a town in Argentina and if you go on goole street view you can see the old factory where they made the pies. Hope that helps?
They still make the pies in those big tins - they only consist of gravy and crust- no meat.

Yeah I suspect it’s because we want to be in control of his future, plus want to have a look at him in training first. Makes complete sense to me and the most likely course of events.

This is class, love signings like this. Hard to find good strikers at the moment so this could be a great piece of business.

Add him to the list of pretty impressive under 25s who've been recently recruited or brought through. VdV and Ashley Phillips next please.

This is interesting, checking it out now! Thanks

I know Gabbanini was at Watford, looks to be from 2015 - 2022.

During that time they signed:
- Joao Pedro from Fluminense bought for 9.9m pounds sold for 4x value
- Richarlison from Fluminese - sold for 4x value and bought for around 10.3m pounds

Seems to have struck gold twice there. This seems like a similar type deal.

Watford would be a good loan.

Hold this, an old source but potentially been some movement with Harry. Let me repeat, it's an old source but someone who was fairly accurate in the past.

just posted this is the Harry thread ….

He’s a goner - this is why we’ve had the movement, obvs the Bayern bad meeting was a smokescreen

Well I do warmly welcome our new South American striker dream team duo with Richy as the sensei and Alejo as his protégé.

Or, we set our terms, they’ve thought about it and they’ve offered what we want?

Not everything needs a tin hat.
