Actually it's clearly time for a true Newcastle legend to return to the club and steer them to glory.
Step forward Shola Ameobi.

Why would Coloccini do any better than Sherwood? Why would you care if a rival club appointed Sherwood?Okay, Mike Ashley, time to appoint Coloccini. #SayNoToDim
Because i'm a petty twat. Newcastle wont be relegated. And a sherwood managed club needs to get relegated so the false narrative of him being a good manager will dieWhy would Coloccini do any better than Sherwood? Why would you care if a rival club appointed Sherwood?
Fair enough. He'd either succeed and prove that he's a decent coach or fail and prove the haters right. Perhaps he does need to get that chance so that we'll know one way or the other. He'd be pretty mad to go to Newcastle though. Whilst Ashley is the owner any coach is on a hiding to nothing going there.Because i'm a petty twat. Newcastle wont be relegated. Yeah. Being realistic and not letting my petty thoughts get in the way, I do agree with you 100%. Newcastle may have no ambition which certainly does not fit with Tim's personality. But seeing as how it is the only real PL chance he has to do something with the team at this point, it would be a good opportunity for him. Any position that opens up at this point will likely be with a relegation contender after the transfer window now and Tim will probably want a chance to get some of his own players in if he'll take over a relegation contender.Fair enough. Hull would be a great fit for him. I couldn't agree more.Yeah. Being realistic and not letting my petty thoughts get in the way, I do agree with you 100%. IMO, the best case scenario for him might have been Bruce taking Newcastle and Hull going in for him. Seems they have a bit more ambition and he will at least know a few of the players(or should) in Daws, Hudd and Livermore.
